I recently moved to the Southpark area from South Florida. I was connected to this office, my agent being Breance. My timing for moving was all over the place. I needed renters insurance for the new place immediately, but wasn't quite physically moving yet because I still had work obligations back in FL. Breance advised me on timing and how to handle everything for my Auto. She even called to make sure I was on time with my move so she can switch over my car insurance, which she did with a breeze. I feel very protected!!

Every single time I speak to Breance, she is a pleasure to work with. She always returns my calls and always gets me what I need. I did not speak to Ivan this time but he is amazing also.

Ivan was great! I needed to get into a new policy and he made it quick and easy!

Very friendly and extremely helpful office. They helped me out greatly when I Moved to North Carolina and have been an amazing help ever since.
