I had a fantastic experience speaking with Ivan at this State Farm Insurance Agency. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and set me up for my homeowners policy. When my car insurance comes due, I will contact him to write that policy, also.

I recently moved to the Southpark area from South Florida. I was connected to this office, my agent being Breance. My timing for moving was all over the place. I needed renters insurance for the new place immediately, but wasn't quite physically moving yet because I still had work obligations back in FL. Breance advised me on timing and how to handle everything for my Auto. She even called to make sure I was on time with my move so she can switch over my car insurance, which she did with a breeze. I feel very protected!!

Every single time I speak to Breance, she is a pleasure to work with. She always returns my calls and always gets me what I need. I did not speak to Ivan this time but he is amazing also.
