"I am very impressed with the service I have received from Breance Martinez. I recently moved to Charlotte, North Carolina and was in the midst of all those horrible tasks. Unpacking boxes and changing addresses, etc. Breance reached out to me and facilitated transferring my car insurance from California to North Carolina. "6/12/2025 edit: Major thank you to Bre again for helping me and my husband with our homeowners insurance and updating our auto insurance to reflect some changes! We would wholeheartedly recommend Bre to assist anyone who needs any type of insurance coverage with Sate Farm! Insurance is confusing, but she is really great at breaking down and explaining things in ways that are easy to comprehend. Also, my prior comment about her having prompt communication still holds true. When we were searching for homeowners insurance, I would have to say that State Farm had the best and most prompt communication with their clients. _________________ I needed to switch auto insurance and Bre was there to guide my husband and I through the process seamlessly. "I recently moved to the Southpark area from South Florida. I was connected to this office, my agent being Breance. My timing for moving was all over the place. I needed renters insurance for the new place immediately, but wasn't quite physically moving yet because I still had work obligations back in FL. Breance advised me on timing and how to handle everything for my Auto. She even called to make sure I was on time with my move so she can switch over my car insurance, which she did with a breeze. I feel very protected!!"
