"I am writing this review solely for Becki and to shout out how amazing she is not only as a person, but as an employee to this company! I had called her with some questions regarding my insurance cards and not only was she able to fix it for me and send me new ones, she was extremely thorough on triple checking that everything in the system was correct and accurate to our information. She was quick to get done what I needed and very considerate of my time. I also enjoyed talking with her and appreciated how kind she was. She deserves a RAISE! When I moved to the carolinas, they helped me transfer my renter's insurance policy from out of state seamlessly.
